it does not. It started doing this even with the old cdi, which i now assume is still good. Doing wheelies with the crew and it started cuttting out in wheelies and on both wheels as well.

I know you can get CDI and coil super cheap on amazon. Just make sure the cdi is 4 pin. I bet they also have stator, but you might want to check all your connectors first. I haven't had a problem...
