Would anyone know of a transfer or gearbox to convert a GY6 from chain drive to shaft drive??
i know the honda 4trax are shaft driven does anone know if the transfer from these may fit?

only needs to be 2wd not 4wd

That's weird, because I had exactly the same thought. The only way I can visualize it is to change the sprocket to a ring gear, and then mate a pinion gear to it. That would require a housing with support bearings, and the entire assembly would eat power. I can't see it being productive on a 150.

Another completely different approach (that Honda uses) is to turn the entire engine sideways. With a perpendicular engine, the shaft that would normally accept the sprocket could be adapted to a u-joint and a driveshaft.
