This is Friday Harbor, Washington. It's one of the San Juan Islands between Washington and Vancouver Island, Canada. 8)

It's a great place to visit. You can travel anywhere on bicycle, fun little village, sea-kayaking, whale watching, fishing, hiking, and frilly little shops and artsy stuff for Linda to look at. :roll:

Linda was instrumental in getting one of Seattle's newest ferries named 'Kennewick' after our town. She's a manager for the police department and also City Clerk which is one step below the mayor for all intents and purposes.

She is proud of that ferry so I'll take her for a ride on it.

Friday Harbor is a short flight to Port Townsend where the ferry leaves from. We can peddle the little folding bikes from that airport to the ferry.

She'll have fun. :D
