So after being called 3 times in 1 morning over CC issues (last Thursday), And being assured my parts would be here today. I woke up to a phone call telling me that they don't have any new plastic tank covers and the color i asked for they don't have. Not very friendly when they are not trying to ask for your money, had no answer to why now they are just figuring this out.

I live just south of San Francisco, it doesn't take a week to ship something from the most northern part of LA.

I'm just pissed how I've been in contact with the same person for almost 2 weeks over these parts and she steam rolls me off the phone, with no apology or anything. It was like i was ruining her day, not the other way around.

That sucks.

This is, IMHO, one of the main things from catching Chinabikes from catchcing on in this country better. Not much in the way of consistant reliable parts and service support. The product itself is OK, but no one wants to be stranded with a motorized paperweight.

I'm sorry to hear of the poor customer service, EA. :? Please tell us the name of the vendor so others can avoid doing business with them.
