Good morning to all, I need a bit more help locating mod parts that I would like to try on my sierra, I checked eBay and can't even find the fmf universal spark arrester for a four stroke engine
I would like to find the following
The fmf exhaust
The headers (yamaha 255)or whatever fitment needed to make this fmf work
Lexx mxe silencer packing
Fmf washing plug
50T rear sprocket
13T counter sprocket
14T counter sprocket
Cdi unit to keep on hand
These are the times I want to start my mods with and any help in places to find them would be appreciated. I live in the Bahamas and doubt I would be able to find most of them here, thanks guys

In relation to the tires, would it be better for me to get a larger rear wheel or both, or just find a different tyre type when needed?

If choose the taobao route. ask agent's int'l shipping fee 1st.
-The real shipping fee
According to http://www.sfcservice.com , there's 2 economy way to Bahamas:
1. Registered airmail small packet from Hong Kong Post. 2. DHL that shipped from Taiwan.
China Post air package also a good option for >2 kg shipment.

Although the FMF silencer is listed for 2-stroke engines, it works very well for 4-stroke engines as well. ;) You can purchase the FMF Universal Spark Arrestor from several online vendors. You should purchase model #020303, which has the larger, 1.25-inch midpipe. ;)

http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/2/9/187/4160/ITEM/FMF-Turbinecore-II-Universal-Spark-Arrestor.aspx?SiteID=CSE_Gbase_4160&WT.mc_ID=80003&zmam=88421133&zmas=1&zmac=45&zmap=4160

If you wish, you can use your stock, Zongshen exhaust header, as shown in the following thread. ;)

http://chinariders.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=9629

I purchased my stainless steel, XT225 exhaust header on eBay. You can also buy the XT225 exhaust header from any OEM, Honda parts vendor; however, it will be very expensive. ;)

I purchased my Lexx MXe Premium Silencer Packing from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.

You can also purchase the FMF Wash Plug (25mm-55mm) from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. :)

I recommend the PBI countershaft sprockets, which you can order directly from PBI, or a variety of online vendors.

http://shop.pbisprockets.com/product.sc?productId=329&categoryId=33

You can order a spare CDI unit from Zongshen America, or Taobao.

http://www.zongshenamerica.com/
http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=2591069686&spm=2014.12001318.0.0

If you are keeping the 15-inch, rear wheel, you can also keep the stock, 46T rear sprocket. For street use, I recommend the 14T/46T sprocket combination. If you will be riding much off road, I recommend the 13T/46T sprocket combination.

Your current tires will serve you well for about 4,000 miles. ;) In the meanwhile, I suggest you search to see if you can acquire a 15-inch, knobby tire in the Bahamas. If you are not riding difficult, off road terrain, one of the rear tires in the following thread might serve you well. :)

Since you are riding at sea level, the stock carburetor jets will probably be close to ideal after you install an FMF Universal Spark Arrestor. :) However, you can fine tune your exhaust system with other carburetor jets after the new silencer is installed. ;) I recommend the Mikuni jets mentioned in the following thread. :)

Thanks human being, I have a us address I can ship to with no problem but I will be sure to always ask about shipping costs
Thank you very much spud for all the info and links, I will be checking ordering changing then I will post updates. I forgot to ask about a chain after going to the 14T sprocket , and how should my chain be adjusted? I have no idea how tight or slack it's supposed to be . I understand it should have about an inch play or slack but what does this mean and how is achieved? Any pics or toturial would help too
Once again thanks very much guys

You're welcome. :) The stock Zongshen 200GY-2 uses a 15T/46T sprocket combination. Therefore, the stock chain will also work well with either a 14T/46T sprocket combination, or a 13T/46T sprocket combination.

When your original drive chain wears out, I recommend a KMC 428UO, O-ring drive chain. :)

http://www.oemcycle.com/Item/product/900269983

You should have about 1-1/4 inches of slack in your drive chain. A slightly loose drive chain is better than an overly tight drive chain. ;) Here are links to a few threads concerning this subject. :)

Do you wish to order brake pads and brake shoes? You can order front brake pads from Zongshen America, Taobao, or eBay. You can find the information in the following thread, which is located in the "Zong Sticky." ;)

http://chinariders.net/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=6514

You can learn about rear brake shoes by reading the following thread, which is also located in the "Zong Sticky." ;)

You can order carburetor jets online from either JetsRUs, or Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. You can raise the saddle height by adding foam to the saddle, building a custom, 18-inch rear wheel, et cetera. I gained 1.5 inches of ground clearance and saddle height when I switched to an 18-inch rear wheel, and a 21-inch front wheel. ;)

Where would I find what's needed to build my custom 18 inch rear wheel? Also would I have to build or buy the front wheel? And would I have to change my swingarm?

If you have to ask how to do it, you can't do it yourself. The job is too complex to explain. ;) You need to employ someone to build your custom, 18-inch wheel. The Bible tells us "the labourer is worthy of his hire."

Luke 10:7

You don't need to change your swingarm if someone builds a custom, 18-inch rear wheel using your stock, Zongshen hub. You can buy a 21-inch, front wheel to fit your Zong from Roketa.

Lol, thanks spud, I'll watch some videos I found on the subject and I'll learn a bit but won't try it myself until I can find a used old wheel to take down then put back together. I also read that you build them for others, if so how much would it be to have it made the n shipped to Florida? Glad to know that I won't have to change the swing arm. I'll also check the pricing for the 21 inch wheel and the tires for both.
Thanks again man

You're welcome. :) If you are possibly interested in having me build you a custom, 18-inch rear wheel, please send me a personal message via this website. Your Zong employs the same front wheel as the Roketa DB-07A motorcycle, which is part #DB-07A-200-05-65 in the following parts list. ;)

Call them up, and tell them you want to purchase a CDI unit. ;)
