yep i messed it up

so i took my carb off and cleaned it real well and took all the jets out and junk and rebuilt and put it back on but im a moron and i screwed all the jets all the way in. the bike starts after kicking till my foot is numb and runs for a minute or two then wont restart...basically how many tuns do i unscrew her lol...im such a moron when it comes to this stuff ive got a 200cc sunl enduro seen here http://motorcycle-specs.com/motorcycle_specification.asp?manufacturer=SunL&model=SLD-200GY&year=2006

There are two jets inside the carb that must be screwed in fully. Outside of the bowl, there is a pilot mixture screw (located on the bottom of the carb, at the cylinder end, not the air filter end) and an idle screw (on the right side of the carb, rider's perspective). Back the pilot mixture screw out 1.5 turns from fully seated (be gentle with it), and adjust the idle screw until it runs, then turn it to a sane idle speed.

also does this bike have a thing that goes on top of the C-clip on the needle or does it just set in there?

Either a disc or a v-shaped clip.
