Been awhile, have some questions???

Hey guys, it's been a little while since I've posted. I still ride practically everyday, I just have a few questions for you.

1. I need a new spark plug for my roketa DB07A any recommendations?? What's the gaping supposed to be for the spark plug??

2. I had to get a new swing arm bolt, what should I torque it too?

Something in the NGK DR8 family, like a DR8ES.

Put the bike on a stand, remove the shock and tighten the nut until the swingarm has a little drag, then back it off a bit. You don't want it to bind and you don't want side to side play. If you have room on the thread, double-nut it.
