Mystery bike street ride video is here  Hope you all like a tour of a couple of back roads in my neck of the woods. This bike has so much low end I think i could go even smaller on the sprocket and get a pretty good top speed out of it.

whats the speedo say around your top speed?

I know my speedo is off, now I can get it up to 135~140ish.... I definetly think it isnt doing anywhere near that...

What do you use for a camera?

My speedo cable is broken :( , I had a friend follow me once and he said about 53 mph. I try not to redline it so it has a little bit more.
I just use good old masking tape and my digital camera  Tape it right to the top of the brake reservoir.

Nice Vid..

Before my Speedo broke my buddy and I had our bikes on the highway full out. His read 125 and mine 115 they way traffic was moving in comparison to us I'd say mine was more accurate but still off. The short trips on the road I do now I ride at what ever speed feels comfortable when no traffic ( fourth - fifth gear @5K RPM)

Thanks MP :) Took a lot of time to get that cam to stay still.

You guys are dusting me, At least ten Mph faster or more..I think I really need to have a car follow me and get top speed off of more than a small stretch of backroad.

Thanks Molypod, yeah I figured about that, I think mine used to top out at 115 (or maybe I chickened out because I thought it was accurate), but the speedo is definetly off, I also just go at a comfortable speed and judge off of traffic...

AZ200cc, I think the gy5's have higher top end then the gy2's do with the stock sprockets, not sure what your bike would have...

Which makes me wonder if anyone has tried to mess with the gearing on these bikes...I have no clue how to work on one of these trannies..But could gears be swapped out for higher ones??
