bleeding the rear brake...

Is there somthing I don't know I pumped on this rear brake for an hour now trying to bleed it I can't get no pressure, was fine before I disconnected the line on the caliper to get rear tire off

How weird wouldn't bleed unless I took out the rubber cup in there.
