Try eBay for both items, but you won't necessarily find exact replacements for the signals. It's not really a problem, since I just bought a set of four signals from China (through eBay) for around $8.00, including shipping. Just type in a generic search term, like "motorcycle signal", and filter by lowest price first.

Use a similar strategy for the regulator, but be sure that you're buying a reg with the correct number of wires and the right connector.

Do you need the 5 pin or 4 pin regulator? I have both I think. Also if you just need turn signal lenses I may have some as well.
