I spotted this while persusing Taobao today. It compromises rear rack storage, but it would hold a good deal of fuel.

What do you think?

I think a 2-gallon, RotoPax fuel cell is safer, and adaptable to more uses. If anyone is interested, I have a 2-gallon RotoPax container for sale. ;)

How does it connect to the fuel tank?

My solution. About $10.

The RotoPax fuel cells are very nice, since they attach securely with their mounting system, and you can even stack fuel cells.

Maybe your right, sometimes its just better to keep things simple. :-)

I think it really depends on your intended purpose. The first tank with the fuel line connected to the carb would be the most user friendly and good if you always needed extra capacity. The rotopax you have to stop and refill your main tank, but it looks to be really sturdy and leak free.
My little walmart gas can works. I packed on with a sealed lid inside the trunk. One gallon goes along way on a China bike. Also works great for fueling the mower.

It's tough to beat the versatility and durability of the RotoPax/Kolpin fuel cells.
