Son of Weldangrind is still drawn to baby chicks, and he's man-sized. He spotted some when we accompanied Spud to the local farm store in Spudland.

When I was married we had a number of baby chicks and adult layers. Good pets, and very cute. Cuter still, IMHO, is the baby duck. Ever see one of those?
