Friend Dave wants a grill. I salvage my Dad's air compressor tank the starting leaking. Used some of the square tubing that I salvage from a painting rack and came up with this.

If I was ever stranded on a deserted island I'd want to be with you. By the time rescuers showed up we's have a hot tub, gym, surround sound, and a scooter.

As long as the island has dumpsters we are set.
David is undecided on the heat source. It will get painted black.

I see we share the same sickness. See something and go "I can make this!".

The air compressor has history. I went to Campbell Supply in Rock Rapids, IA with my Dad when I was about 7 to buy that air compressor. We used it to rebuild a 1974 Chevy Luv that came from the junkyard for my older brother. This would have been 1984 I think. That compressor tank lasted until about 2 years ago. The motor and pump are still going on another tank.
That luv was the first of 6 that we had. I ended driving that truck later on and the trailer I hauled to kansas was built from one of those truck that we used for parts. I can't part with that.
