"By the way, we had assembled a few 200cc TMECs, one of them runs great and the other one has a sticky clutch, my technician tried a few times and could not find the point to make the clutch fully neutral when the lever is pulled in. Do you know how to adjust it? I don't want him to open up the case since it is brand new. It does not run right when the clutch is not in the perfect spot.

I appreciate it very much if you can tell me how to make the adjustment."

Does anyone know?

If both screws, at the lever and at the case, are out to the max, could it be that the clutch cable is too long?

It can also be that the cable is grabbing the housing, so it requires lubrication. I use a cable luber and Maxima Chain Wax on cables.
