Edit: Loosening no loosing as I first put, definitely don't want to loose it!
Hi I have just bought a zennco engined bike

2006 6 months taxed and tested, just needed new wheel bearings which I've done, but the clutch will not move!
I've taken the casing off and it is the clutch arm, it can be 'convinced' to move (hammer ), but is there a traditional way to get it moving freely? Currently it is sat in some wd40
here's a pic from google showing the situation as I forgot to take my camera to the garage

Any tips would be appreciated

You can certainly buy a new arm for it, and even a new cover if you wish. Before doing that, I'd remove the arm and try cleaning and polishing it. Perhaps some engine cleaning brushes would help to clean the bore that houses the arm as well.

OK great, I'll get the hammer back out :)
How easy should it be to rotate the arm when it is off the bike like this? I don't want to make it too loose!

The spring is not terribly strong, certainly not as compared to the clutch springs. It should move and spring back without too much effort.

oh it needs to spring back on it's own accord? wasn't sure to the clutch would do that, hmm I've a while to go then! It is moving now atleast
Here's how it stood earlier on, it is all back together now minus the right crank case
