Strange sound from the rear axle

When i going verry slow and turning, i can hear a PLING from the rear axle. Is this normal? I have a 200cc Quad with Loncin engine, four speed and chain.

Have you checked the bolts that hold the rear sprocket on? I overlooked tightening these when I put my 200cc atv together and heard some noise and found them very loose after just a couple hours of riding... After some loctite and being vigilant ever since I havent repeated the problem..

Also check your chain tension....

Check to make sure the chain isn't binding or is too loose.

My rear sprocket came loose to, but i change the bolts to torx, and use loctite. But the sound is still there. I did se, that the svingaxle have a verry loose fit in the front bushings. Nothing wrong with the bushings but the axle has a to small diameter. China high teck. I am going to make a new axle with the right diameter, and se if the noise stop.
