Wow, 455 miles on an OHC bike with a starting bid of $1.00, and zero bids.

The bidding has ended, and apparently nobody bought the bike. :wtf: That's amazing.

I would have bought it just for the engine. Just caught it at the end when I was searching for Zongs.

Perhaps he will post it again. :)

I watched in disbelief as the auction counted down the final seconds. There was only one watcher, and he didn't even bid a dollar.

Shipping is expensive these days, and you have to figure, while a few got by with a few loopholes, and were street plated in California, many of them were not and were only considered 'green stickered' for off-roading (green-stickered means you can ride an off-road bike year round in California on off-road areas).

I do believe many people in California are 'snobs' so they look down on Chinese bikes (of course, not all since we have California members, but enough that these are looked at like they were in 2005). If you peruse the L.A. or pretty much any California metropolitan area's Craiglist, you will find plenty of perfectly good, intact, GY200 endures of various brands selling for $400 to $500 and that is after being weeks on Craigslist.

This one is 'gangsta' or so his hand sign makes it seem:

Those are all good deals, but it's too bad that none have titles. It would be nice to have that selection of parts bikes.

That must be the reason no one bid.
