New Evoke electric motorcycles

The principals behind this bike are members at mychinamoto.com. They were asking about interest in electric motorcycles a year or so ago. They were a group of expats living in China. Some sort of shakeup happened, but it looks like whoever stayed, continued with the electric bikes and here is their first video. I wish them luck!

That's a nice video. :) I really like the idea of electric motorcycles, but I am disappointed with the limited range provided by the batteries.

They are pretty much limited to commuting; even the $15k Zero bikes. I could use an electric bike since my riding is pretty much limited to commuting, but for 'fun' they are limited. I asked these guys if they are coming to the US, and they said they are going through DOT and finding a distributor (I gave them Excalibur's information).
