I saw a red lifan gy5 (5 sticker removed) heading east on Fraser Hwy in Aldergrove, between Bradner Rd and Ross Rs (or Mt. Lehman a little further down). It was around 12:30pm, and there was hydro guys or someone working on the lines on the north side of the road.
