I believe the Jetmoto are not really Jetmoto, but rather Bashan derived (to help you in your search). Several people in the past several months have bought Bashan bikes, so search through anything related to Bashan.

Welcome, Joey!

Yes, you should change the oil before you use the bike. I like any 15W40, which is usually labeled for diesel engines. Good stuff.

Get a bottle of Loctite 242 and apply a drop to the threads of all the bolts you can access, and then tighten the nuts securely.

The last thing you need to do is post pictures of your new bike. :D

When you change your oil, don't forget about cleaning the oil strainer. It is behind the large nut, and it is near the shifter.

Dont worry didn't forget changed the oil and cleaned the screen the only question i have is about 1 quart and a quarter came out and that's how much i put back into it just wanted to see if that sounds about right everything looks good on the glass and the stick so i am assuming its good to go.

That sounds about right. I never use the stick, only the sight glass.

Went out on my first adventure today and needless to say it was awsome, although the bike gets a little buzzy around 55-60 i am not concerned i didn't buy it as a highway bike i am very pleased with my purchase. Will have pictures up later today.

Thanks for posting the link to the image, Joey. That's a good looking motorcycle.

If you reduce that image by 50 percent, you can post it here by placing that url withing these tags. ;)

Since very large images stretch the viewing window, I request you reduce the image size to make the thread easier to read. ;)
