where do I buy a rim for gy200 or an alternate rim that will fit

Check the side of your rim for size. Rims are pretty standard, steel, 1.4" x 21" - 36 spokes. 1.6" width is a bit more common and will fit most bikes. Any motorcycle shop, online shop, or ebay should have them.

You can also find complete wheels for sale on eBay. However, carefully examine the hub, brake rotor, et cetera, in the photographs, to make sure you are getting the correct wheel for your motorcycle. ;)
