Awesome, I just ordered one, I haven't been able to ride yet with my actual riding boots, hopefully with this shifter I'll be able to fit my toe under it.

Just a warning, watch your clearance between your chain cover and the shifter. I had to grind about a sixteenth of an inch off the back corner of the shifter as it was rubbing the chain cover.

hmm, while waiting for my replacement shifter to arrive , i found i could use my regular bike boots by shifting with my foot slightly turned out and using the part of the sole that sticks out. it actually worked pretty well once i adjusted the shifter for height.
