Anybody in the (surrounding states of Alabama) ever want to meet up & hit the trails & back roads?, I'm just brain storming here but all my riding bud's have either quit riding or moved away & I want to meet some of the other Hawk riders out there & just make some new friends. Oh how I miss my 06 Cbr1000rr Days, But any ways the Hawk's not a speed Demon but it's just as much fun to ride especially with new friends. Let me know what you think. :yay:

get these babies out in an environment where they belong, and it's just as much fun as the CBR!

if you ever get an itch to come up to western NC or NE GA, let me know. good riding up here!

I'll defiantly give you a heads up when I get the Hawk ready, I miss being in the (200 mph club), but yeah these Hawks are defiantly a blast to ride & every bit as fun.

yeah my lady told me it was the Cbr or her, if it happens again this time it's gonna be the other way around, Lol just a joke she actually approved my hawk lol.

what you need to do is go the more "sophisticated" route with a nice sport touring bike like a Concours 1400. I had mine easily to 140 in 5th gear and still pulling very hard. another guy was on the autobahn in europe doing 160s. with some flashes and extras available, it's a 200 mph bike for sure!

sophisticated or not Lol. my girl has been around motorcycles for as long as I have that I know of. It's how we met, so with that being said she knows it may be a (super sport touring) or just a (super sport) she knows it'll end a man just as quick a the Cbr1000rr. (You don't play with a Liter Bike you respect it) & she knows that & I've got to say on a few occasions I almost signed my own death warrant! & trust me 200+mph is a whole other level than 160 mph.:tup:
