So I was in Portland today running some errands. One took me near the huge powersports super store. Well, they had a brand spanking new 2016 CRF250L sitting outside. I sat on it, sold! I've been rebuilding my credit, and thought I would give it a shot and was approved. I'm not much of a mechanic, and while the Hawk is an awesome bike for what it is, at the end of the day I want to ride, not turn wrenches. Fuel injection! Turned the key, fired up and settled into a beautiful idle. Sold! Six gears, sold! 5 year all included warranty, sold! So, I'll sadly be selling the Hawk. I will make sure and point it's new owner here. You all have been so helpful in getting my Hawk up and running. Many thanks!!!

Congrats on your credit approval and moving on to something different that fills your desires.

I'm not sure, but I seem to recall reading/hearing that those are made in Thailand? If so, not too far off from being a CB.

I haven't looked, but from photos I saw online, I do believe they are built in Thailand.

Congratulations on the new bike. At the end of the day it's not important what you ride - it's that you ride ..... ride safe and have fun !

Wow congratulations. you and motocheez both got the 250L. It is a great bike. Be sure to get the programmer for like $300. It really wakes up that bikes fuel injection.

Thank you for all that information. Also I hope you are not offended by my comment about made in Thailand being not far off from a China bike. I am impressed and very pleased with my RX3. It's good to see so many quality products coming from countries that had a bad reputation from low quality products.

Except, being more modern and up to date technology wise!
