New speedo help?

Hi, I haven't been on much but the bike is going great. I drive it back and fourth to work. Haven't been off road yet. lol I have a question about a new speedo I got. I attached some pics of it. Does anyone know what the numbers are for? I know some of them but I can't put my tire size in. The big number was stuck on 2 but after messing with the speedo today now it's stuck on 0. I found only find 1 great video on you tube but it was in Russia which I only know english. lol
I got the number of cylinders, C=Carb/E=EFI?, 1 or 5 euro but have no clue.
0 or 1 only fir the first number
0 - 9 for the 2nd number
0 - 9 for the 3rd number
0 - 9 for the 4th number
0 - 9 for the last number
EXAMPLE
1293.3

Any help would be great.

Here's in program mode.
The last number you can't see because when I took the pic it was flashing. I must of timed it just right for it not showing up. lol

My guess would be the circumference of the front wheel in centimeters.

My circumference is 2383.67 that's if I did it right.
The the first number will only read 0 or 1.
I have no clue..
