Are you guys ready for a Chinese roadracer?

I was hoping it was a 2 stroke but alas a Yamaha cloned 125. Still good but not as thrilling. Looks like a great time for little money. The Chinese are good at cloning Yamahas; witness Spud's Zong.

This would be a good business opportunity for rent-a-racer outfits!

It would!

We have a go-kart racetrack in town. Maybe someone will pick up on that idea.

What a brilliant idea opening up an entire global market. Kids-in-training. Just like auto racing, the younger they start, the better they become.
Plus, making it affordable for the middle class guy and his kid to spend time on a Saturday. Brilliant.

I agree!

My only 'beef' is that they could have made a 2 stroke, an 80 or 125, for the same or less money with much more of a thrill, and cheaper rebuilds for the owner as well.

Isn't that essentially a pit bike with supermoto wheels and fairing?

sport bike geometry and suspension, slicks, full fairing, the only thing in common with a pit bike is the power plant.

I didn't see much info on the quality of the suspension. I would hope it was good or it would seem a bit overpriced for a kickstart 125 with 12" wheels.
