WTB:complete Old 150-250 China Scooter

This is a long shot but- I don't care how old it is or what it looks like(except rust). Plastics will be scrapped or sold. What I'm looking for a a decent runner (or could be easily) with a clean title for a planned winter project. The body is immaterial-it will be stripped to the basic frame, running gear, and wheels. Because I'm EXTREMELY "FRUGAL", must be cheap and not far from Central Upstate NY.

I think it's a 125 ,but I got it with a brand new big bore kit ,varioter ? ,pipe ,carb etc .You want to know something really funny ,I buy dozens of basket case motorcycles every year ,this was my first scooter ,and any motorcycle can fit in two or three recycling containers ,this scooter has 5 with all the plastic junk that's all over it .
