I know I have a kick starter on the hawk, but this is so small I couldn't resist. It say it could jump a 6 cyl. I think it should work for a thumper.

Here is the one I own and on my recommendation several other people have purchased. Nothing short of amazing.

12,000 vs 8,000... I think yours is a winner. I still have my receipt. What is the cranking amps on yours? This one claims 400.

I had a 400 amp one that looks a lot like adjusters ,but about a month ago I plugged it in to recharge and the battery swelled up and blew the covers off of it .It must of had a short or something ,but I just tossed it and found myself something else .My new Noco has 2000 amps ,overkill for a bike ,but usable for everything I play with .I paid $250.00 on sale for it .

Pistol I am not sure of the cranking amps. This is what I can tell you.

It has jump started several Harley Davidson motorcycles.
It has jump started several 4 cylinder cars.
It has recharged several cell phones.
It has been used as a 12v power source to clean fuel injectors.
It has jumped several engines between being charged up itself.
I never go out on a boat without it. Even a strangers boat I make sure its in my gear.
Every time I get it out of the trunk it is at full charge however I try to recharge it at least 1 per month.
It comes in a very nice case with several connectors but you would probably need to remove it from the case to store on a motorcycle.

Let me know if any questions.

I bought one for my RX3 a few months ago and hadn't had a chance to use it before today. Not on the RX3 but on my VW GTI. I guess I've been riding the RX3 so much that my battery died on the GTI. It had no problem starting it! Very impressive for such a tiny battery.
