I always thought they were a good looking bike ,and because they were very "awesome " in the electrical and fuel departments they were very popular in the shop I worked in back in high school.

The possibility of classic, vintage motorcycles with modern electrics, materials and manufacturing methods is very seductive.
I wonder if Mahindra also purchased the optics part of BSA?

While I'd like to see the BSA marque revived, I'm concerned about Mahindra's intent. If they are wise they will produce the bikes out of China or Thailand to ensure quality, seeing as India doesn't have the greatest reputation for building bikes.
