I was considering buying their rebranded Brozz bike. I emailed and left 2 voice mail messages and they never returned a single contact. And, I called them a couple of other times to no avail. Thus is just really bad business to me. Why buy something from someone who won't even call or email you?

My purchase was exactly opposite. Perfect experience with PRO. I used the online chat for questions and they answered every time. Purchase, delivery and a couple warranty parts were handled perfectly. Only issue was one of the warranty parts had to come from China and that took 6 weeks or so for delivery.
