All of us who ordered a Brozz from Superior Powersports I would advise you to confirm with them that they mailed out your paperwork 1 day after getting your bike(this is what I was told would happen), because I've had mine 8 days tomorrow and they still have yet to mail out after I sent them an email. I got a request to send the VIN off my bike and supposedly it will get mailed out first thing in the morning. Just wanted to give a heads up to stay on top of them about it. The person I am contact with is "Annie".

You didn't receive the MSO in your box of parts? I thought that's what that document was?

I was told I would get the MSO/Bill of sale a week or so after the bike was delivered. Seems that most chinabike dealers do it that way. I only got an owner's manual in my box of parts as far as any paperwork goes.

MSO ships separately from the bike so in the event of it being delivered to the wrong address, they do not also have the title. There have been exceptions to this, but generally that's the norm.

However, they have blanks and all they have to do is fill in the VIN and etc. There's no excuse for it taking so long. You can bet I will be calling often for updates on mine.

That document is nothing more than a handy piece of paper with your Vin on it...I got one too with my bike. It's funny how they make it kind of look official; it means nothing. It just made it easier to type the Vin when I emailed the dealer rather than giving to look for the Vin on the bike.

I got lucky with my paperwork because it only took 5 days to get mine. You should get a bill of sale from the dealer an odometer disclosure statement, and the MSO.

Alan told me he tossed in the MCO with your bike and another Brozz he sent out this past Friday. He doesn't mess around! In theory, you should be able to register it tomorrow unless your DMV makes you take in the bike for an inspection and you haven't assembled it. Ironically, you could be on the road sooner than some of our members who got their bike a week ago  :p

Yikes!!, your use of words scare the hell out of me.

"Tossed" in a thin sheet mco that fell to the bottom of the crate and slipped out and ground up on the dirty wet cement dock floor under the forklift wheel.

"Drop shipped" ... as the name implies, after the 12 foot dive off the end of the forks:hmm:

All right--he threw it in the box!!

In reality, yes, it is in a manilla envelope nice and safe and cozy in the shipment. Drop shipped--cannot think of a better way to describe it since he ships the bikes from the distributor's warehouse, not his own...

The dealer I worked with sent the MCO after my Hawk was confirmed to be delivered to my house. They do that because if it is lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address it can't be registered.

Personally, I think he should ride them to the customer waving the MCO :hehe:

Better yet, he should let ME ride the bike to his customers... I will fold up the MCO and put it in my back pocket.

But, the paper I got is just like the one da4design posted.....it has no dealer's signature, or anything?

That's not the real deal. It would need to be filled out and signed by the dealer as well as have your bill of sale alongside.

You know, come to think of it--when I bought my TMEC from them, mine came blank, and I filled out that paper and when I went to register the bike and have it visually inspected (AZ got stricter as far as visual inspections) they called Excalibur and confirmed everything. Call Alan and see what needs to be done since you are not in AZ, just to make sure. For me in AZ, it (having my MVD contact Excalibur) was just a minor hassle, but not as bad as the hour wait :hehe:

Your state probably differs, so call him and see what comes next just to make sure!

My paperwork was finally mailed out this morning according to Annie. Should have it in a few days. Of course I had to call several times to finally get a hold of her to get that info... Good luck to the rest of you lol and be vigilant.

All I know is every time I have spoken with someone there since the sale it has felt weird/strange. I don't even want to know what it would be like to work there. Here's to hoping they actually did it.

At the time, I was on friendly terms with Wade, who owned Excalibur. He told me to fill out what I could. Fortunately, the MVD just needed verbal communication with him to finalize my title/registration. I am sure it would be slightly different in another state...

I an SO glad you said that. I have felt the same way. Unfortunately I believe about 1/2 of what they tell me.

Culcune. With your experience and expertise that you have shown on this site with various topics concerning the chinease powersports of all varieties, I have had you already working (in my mind) for Alan or some distributer from Asia. This seems to be something you truly love (Always best luck to you for your future endevors).

Ever think about learning Mandarin?

I have a few ideas floating in my head. I don't want to hijack, or reveal all my 'cards' publicly, so PM me and I will tell you what I am thinking.

Not necessary, I just know by the things you have mentioned that you are getting ready for some , Ch-Ch-Changes as cheesy would put it.

My uncle worked at the pen for 10 years before he escaped. Let's just say he was ready to retire from that gig.

Oh that is right I forgot where you worked. My buddy works at one of those places for the nutty ones. I guess one was attacking so he put him in a night night hold. Well it turned out to be a permanent night night hold so he could not have contact until he was cleared. He was cleared a few weeks ago but they still want to move him to another area.

I don't know how you guys do it.

I am a teacher, so am not considered 'them' by the inmates. In the weird environment on the 'inside' if you are not considered a threat, there will be a group, or class, of inmates who 'protect' you, and I guess I am in that place. All of us (teachers, chaplains, possibly medical staff--but we get those loonies--secretaries, and other) civilian workers are basically not bad. Officers, too, but there is some give and take there by nature.

On my unit, a closed custody (level 4 on a scale from 2 to 5) unit, I have seen 3 riot/riot-ish events go off. Kind of crazy, but even then, in all three, officers were not even targeted. The only officer injuries were tripping on the poorly maintained pavement or sand (did I mention we are in the friggin desert!?) The inmates know that officers will spray them with OC or other kinds of spray, so the idea/game is to get as many of the targeted group before they get sprayed. Some sit it out. Others are beaten up badly, or shanked. Never seen a death during a riot, or even a rank and file fight. One or two guys have died of overdoses on my unit in the 5 years I worked there. It was night and day from the Level 2 unit I worked at for the first 9 months (I will have 6 years there altogether this June).

It feels that way for sure lol. I sent an email asking what the delay was and got a response saying it was sent via USPS and should arrive any day. They also said that the Brozz had been a hot seller.

My MSO showed up today. The day after the bike. I couldnt even do that when I was selling them. I have to say, Superior has turned around my initial impressions and I would in fact recommend them. Rough start for a few, but they have redeemed themselves.

The sales person I spoke to Jim was great and informative. there was some miscommunication issues on getting a tracking number but other than that I would definitely recommend them .

I've got about 1600 miles on my Brozz now and all is well. I took it out of the shed after a long winter about 10 days ago and installed the battery and it started right up. Had to bleed the brake line and top off the fluid, but all was well. I'm hearing some valve clatter that I don't remember from last year, so I'm thinking I'm going to have to adjust them. The whole process is fairly simple and I'll probably do it this week some time. If I can I'll post a video of the process.

I'm still very happy I bought this bike.. I added a removable 30L trunk that I use for Rain and fishing gear, a cell phone holder, a USB charger and I have a magnetic tank bag for extra cargo if I need it. It's a little wet here in NY for the moment so I've been careful to avoid mud with the stock tires, but I've done some adventuring and ridden the dryer trails to some of my favorite fishing holes that usually require a long walk.

I threw in a couple pics and there will be more this year after the weather warm up.

PS I know somebody is going to knock me for the trunk, because it's pretty silly looking, but it's very practical, come's off with a push of a button and you can carry it like a briefcase... (And it was $25 shipped) You'll see in the one pic that I have my 6 foot collapsible carbon fiber rod, an assortment of tackle and underneath, my full rain gear including boot covers with plenty of room to spare.... so yeah.... I'm not a fashionable guy. I suppose if I was I probably wouldn't even own this bike.....

I ordered that same trunk on Monday for my Red Brozz as well. Love that it comes with its on mount that will work with the rack and its locking and has a quick release. What more could you ask for the price? I am wanting to be as cheap as possible with this bike as far as add ons and am looking for function over style lol. I installed a 3M face shield as a wind screen and got a small tank bag too which just so happened to have a zipper malfunction the day it delivered. I got a refund on that but didn't have to send it back so I am still going to use it lol. I attached the face shield with 3M dual lock and so far it has stayed attached. I just got home from an hour/hour and a half ride and it def made a difference for as little as I spent on it. Glad to hear your Brozz is holding up! I got just under 200 miles on mine and am going to change the oil again and lube up the chain before I go on a 2 hour trip tomorrow. Going to my hometown and am gonna do some off road riding for the first time this weekend.
