I recieved my mco today and it was for the wrong model bike. When I called them they tried to push me off the phone and to email them. I had to threaten action with the BBB before he would help me. He said he would send it out tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath that it will be right when it gets here.

Out of curiosity what bike did you order/What MCO did you get. I just received my Shark 250 today from Powersportmax. For me they responded relatively quickly about being out of the bike I originally ordered and even offered a small discount for the inconvenience. The bike also arrived without a single scratch.

Vader 125 and received mco for 50cc moded. Horrible service imo. Glad it worked out for you but i would personally advise people to steer clear of this "business".

Yeah, don't hold your breath!
I purchased a hawk from them on the 15th of march. The bike arrived with a torn seat and damaged side panel. I sent them the claim number the trucking company gave me and provided them the vin, and also asked that the title be notarized which you have to pay extra for.
... still nada on the seat or paper work after 25 days! Not to mention that they lied to me regarding registration in my state, on the phone and in emails. When I contact them they say they need more time! More time for what!? I was able to track down a replacement seat within a day by emailing their own hawk distribution center (RSP).
That place is unreal. I'm about to go into cc dispute and call the bbb myself.
Good luck with them.
Sorry to hear you are still having trouble out of them. They assure me they have sent out the correct paper work but I'm not counting on it. If I don't get my paperwork by friday then I'm contacting the BBB. The bike is near useless without the paperwork. I'll never order anything from them again and I'll tell everyone I know not to order from them.
These box store websites are so up and down. My buddy ordered a Tao Tao scooter from PSM a couple weeks ago. The paperwork (for CA) got there in four days after order so my buddy could sign and return it and the scooter showed up in 8 days. Now he's just waiting for DMV to send him his plate.
Ya just never know with these places. Always a dice roll.

Yeah, still nothing on day 29. They're blaming it on the distribution center which sounds like a bunch BS to me. Hopefully it won't matter in a few days since they may be getting it back whether they like it or not.
You have to stay on them, otherwise they won't do sh*t.
I wonder if they read these posts?
The distribution center is RPS in Texas I am assuming. Is that where your bike shipped from? Your bike is technically 'legal' in NJ just as it is legal in every state but California as far as EPA off-road goes.
