I just got my GY 200 and I went through this thing with a fine toothed comb. I found that the wiring harness behind the headlight was not correctly installed. When id start the bike by kicking it, it wouldnt start and I got no spark. As soon as I took the headlight off and kicked it (electric start wouldnt work) it fired and gave me spark. After scratching my head for a bit I decided to plug up the headlight. The second I did that the motor immediately puked and died. I looked down while it was running to check to see if it had spark and had a buddy plug it in and bang no sprak and died again. I found that theres two ways to plug up the wiring harness for the headlight so If you plug it up and it doesnt start by electric start or you kick and get no spark, check your connections as I think its the only two that you can possibly cross.
