Just picked up a Honda Xr650l.. Tire question!

Just picked up a nice Honda Xr650l with some mods and a 4.7 Clarke fuel tank. Can anyone recommend some good tires for this? Spud do you still have your Honda?

In a real world I would love to use it mostly off road. But I'll probably do about 50/50. Some highway and back roads and trails , woods etc

In that case... I will recomend what I use on the XT660R..
on my 3rd set done 2 DB1ks on them...
What ever you get don't use these 50/50 tyres with the
small trial tyre type nobbs that get recommend quite often on this site....
They flex far to much while cornering on the road... You have to be able to
put more than 14hp on the ground with a XR650...

and they put alot of rubber on the road..
