Where can I find myself a set of brake shoes, and springs I guess too, for my shark?

Some seller said:
*** Please note the given dimension of our brake shoes is the internal diameter of the brake drum they should be used with. When referencing your old shoes they are more likely to be heavily worn or damaged than the drum and it is therefore a better reference to check the size of the brake shoes you need***

I have no idea where to post this comment!! I'd like to get brake pads and rotors for my hawk 250. I'm not very sure.I weigh about 230lbs and my bike doesn't seem to stop as good as it should. I'm having car trouble right now , so my Hawk is my main transportation. I'd like to order the pads so I'm not without a ride for more than a few hours while changing them and I wouldn't have to bother anyone for a ride. Should I just take the pads off , get a ride to a shop and have them compare them? Does anyone know what size they are? Also, would different rotors help or would better pads be enough?

Where can I find myself a set of brake shoes, and springs I guess too, for my shark? That must be an impressivly old Shark to need new brake shoes. They usually last at least 25,000 miles, normal use...ARH
