I'm interested in getting a Tao Tao Speed 50. Does anyone know of any photos sites that have them NEW for under $550? or USED. Any thing uses comparable to the speed 50

It will be comparable to online dealers, but he will send you the paperwork so you can legally ride the thing within a few days, and back you up with any warranty issues.
