I wanted to wait until my MCO arrived before I wrote anything. I can't speak on any warranty claim experience, but mainly on my purchase experience.
I placed my Pre-Order on April 26th for my Hawk with expected Delivery late May to early June. The bike arrived within that expected window intact on June 1st.
Communications were good. I received an e-mail when I first ordered the bike to ensure I was aware it was a pre-order. Any questions I asked about the delivery and MCO requests were answered within 24 hours to my satisfaction. Tracking information was received the same day as my shipment notification e-mail.
Once I received the bike I submitted my MCO request the afternoon of Friday, June 2nd. I received it 7 business days later with the MCO stating Motorcycle as the vehicle type as I requested in the notes with the bill of sale and a whole stack of stickers that I could have done without lol.
If I only had one complaint, it would be that they could/should have provided some sort of confirmation that my MCO request was received and being processed, but I can forgive that small detail given the rest of my experience with them was positive.
