One of the many things I've learned over the years is: "What ever tool I need is the one tool I didn't bring with me!"

This leads me to my question, "What's in your burrito tube "? Some of you go to some pretty remote places. Places where help is no where to be found. What is on your list of must haves? Since these tools will be in a non lockable container, no "Snap On" tools. I'm thinking Harbor Freight.

So far, I have a spoke wrench, all-in-one screw driver, an 8, 10, and 13 mm wrenches, a spark plug, socket and 3/8 drive and an assortment of Allen head wrenches.

What else would you bring along for the ride?

Kirby, definitely tire spoons. I had to use the rear axle bolt to pry the bead last december after picking up a nail.

Flathead, phillips, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 17 sockets and a medium size adjustable wrench. Motion Pro tire irons (more compact) a patch kit, and a small pump similar to the one linked above. Think that is a lot, you should see my touring tool kit lol.

Zip ties..... Lots of zip ties, 8mm, 10mm, and 13mm sockets. Extra spark plug, screw driver with assorted bits, extra chain clip, and I have bungee chords on my back rack..... Oh, and a lighter.

I bought something like this from the discount bin at Tractor Supply for about $8.00, but I haven't tried it yet:

Thanks, Rideon. They are pricey, as you say; perhaps I'll fabricate a set.
