I am looking for a new scoot. gave away my Vespa moped to a friends kid and I miss having a scooter now. I do have a Honda 750cc Bike but I still like scooters. Is Sunl total junk? I am almost scared to buy one but they are so cheap. I don't have the money for a new honda or vespa. IS this bike any good?

If anyone can tell me of a scoot around this price point and touring style I would appreciate it.

Sunl doesn't have the best rep going as far as getting parts goes.

American Lifan products are better with available parts. LF150T-6 $1,199.00 Shipping Included

are there any good scoot shops in atlanta?
May get a vespa if I can talk the dealership down here. They have 10 150's left. It is a huge car dealership so they might just want to unload them.

I have been to this place. They had some nice looking scooters. It is in Dawsonville behind the outlet mall.

Stay away from Tank & SunL, no Parts! for either of them... well not many for Tank.

Hopefully, that specific b&m dealer knows its stuff, and can fix the bikes. At least he could yell at someone in person

Murdoc,

Check out TGB, they make a great product --their corporate office is in Kennesaw, Ga and parts distribution warehouse is in Atlanta. Most TGB part orders arrive within 48 hours of the time they are ordered.

Keeway is another possibility--their S.E. U.S sales rep lives in Canton, Ga and their parts support is also very good (they come from Kentucky and Texas). I would stay away from Tank if I were you. I have a couple of Tank demos which people compare to my TGB and Keeway demos. Nobody ever buys the Tanks after riding the others.

Sym also makes a very good reasonably priced scooter and they can often give 24 hour service on parts delivery if orders are placed before 10:00 am.

Looking for a scooter around 150cc or so. Had considered the Kymco and just ran across the TGB. Considering the R-9, At least I think that was the model. Seems to be decent. Has a good warranty, unlike some I've seen. Appreciate any info on reliability. It will be my run around vehicle while travelling by RV. Any other suggestions are welcome.
There is a TGB dealer not too far away. Haven't been there yet, but plan to go Tuesday.
