100 meter walk to catch a trout for dinner or just for the hell of it..
only 30min out of the city , no noise other than the odd cow, wind in the trees
or the river flowing...
BUT there are those days that it's not so great like in the vid below taken on saturday..
i live in that group of houses next to the river..

Pete, did you get water in your house? I hope not. I'm like you and live on the nueces river in texas. Our last bad flooding was in 02, and didn't get flooded. Any thing can change in 1 hurricane season however.
