Bashan 250 hose identification

hi everyone, Im new to the forum. I just bought a 2014 Bashan 250 Dual Sport. The guy I bought it from gave me a really good price since it currently doesn't run. I've been working on fixing it up, but the parts list/manual aren't particularly useful.

Can anyone tell me what size spark slug it is? All I know for sure is its not 5/8 or 13/16.

Theres another piece I've been trying to identify. Its got a small tube running between it an the carburetor, and two vacuum hoses coming out of it. One runs to the engine, close to the spark plug and the other wasn't attached to anything, although it has a hose clamp on the end so I figure its supposed to be attached to something. (first attached picture)

The only thing I can find that it could be attached to is a smaller diameter vacuum hose coming out of the lower backside of the engine. (2nd and 3rd attachments)

Am I missing a piece that these both attach to, or are they supposed to attach to each other?

IIRC the hose goes to the Air Box. I removed this vacuum pump from my bike completely.

is the airbox that silver box in that first picture?

the airbox has been removed and that red foam filter put on the carb...

remove the vacume valve then take the breather hoses and run them down the back of the motor..
the motor will run perfectly fine with out all the emission control gear...
the carb may need a bit of tuning.....
