It looks like it has a very relaxed steering rake in the pic. If so it will not handle like a Ducati.

I agree, and also am not a fan of Sit In This Scoop seats.
For most bikes there is no reason a basic, flat, bench seat would not be comfortable.

You mean the steering rake similar to this Ducati, the one it happens to be copying?

There are many reasons we can name that will make it not handle like a Ducati, but it can be safe to say that the Rake is the least of it's worries.
