Issues with Bashan Enforcer

I've been riding the bike daily for the past six weeks, accumulating a little over 1K miles (1800 Km) thus far,. I'm enjoying it, but a few issues have come up.

The rear sprocket is slightly loose. The mounting bolts for the sprocket are tight, but the bolts (or shafts) underneath the sprocket have a little movement.

The throttle has a few centimeters of free play and doesn't immediately return when released. (This is mostly my fault) Everything worked correctly when I initially installed it, but I accidentally cut the throttle tube when cutting off the factory grip to install aftermarket grips. The problem started then, so I installed a new [single cable] throttle tube. It rotates smoother, but didn't resolve it. When the cable is removed from the throttle tube, it pulls and releases normal. I've adjusted the cable at both the throttle and the carb to no avail.

There is a small oil leak. The oil is dripping from a bolt under the shift lever (bottom of clutch cover?). I've tightened the bolt a few times; I'm planning on removing it and threadlocking it at the next oil change.

One of the bolts from the exhaust heat shield fell out. The remaining bolt has been tightened to hold the heat shield in place. (totally my fault for not checking and threadlocking those sooner)

Throttle free play with both ends adjusted means that the cable is too long or the sheath is too short. Either make a new cable with a venhill kit for about 17 bucks, or get another factory throttle assembly.

Heat shield. I would personally remove it and install header wrap, but you could always put in another bolt.

I'm not sure the length of the throttle cable is the problem. It worked perfectly before I swapped the grips. It should also be noted that I installed aftermarket handlebars during initial assembly, although the stock throttle tube/grip worked fine on them. I had reversed what adjustments I had tried, so the issue has been in 'unadjusted' condition. It makes me wonder if the throttle housing is mounted incorrectly - i.e. upside down. Currently the cable attachment is on top, but that's how I've seen all other motorcycles.

I have contacted APSC (twice - last week and this week) regarding the oil leak and loose sprocket. No response from them so far.

Not sure about the Enforcer, but the Hawk throttle housing has the cable exiting from the button, under the master cylinder, and is then routed down along the right side of the frame.

As far as the loose sprocket, I still suggest simply following my fix for the Hawks loose rear sprocket. It's simple and relatively inexpensive. Honda sprocket studs and wave washers behind the sprocket on each stud.

Mine has been going strong for a while now, sprocket is still tight.
