Sukida SK125-2 help

Follow on from my last post (http://http://www.chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=20644) finally managed to get time to finish the bike and everything works :) but I Still cant get the damn thing to fire up. I did have the carb rebuilt before I started all the work on the bike but I don't think it has been set up correctly.

does anyone know where the best place to start is with the idle screw and the pilot jet screw. the other thing I will be trying tomorrow is a fresh tank of petrol just to see if it is the petrol that is the issue.

Going to get my compression tester tomorrow and check the compression on the cylinder does anyone know what it should read as I have ordered a Haynes manual but it hasn't arrived yet.
