Cluster shipment.......

Good Morning folks. As i posted a few weeks ago i had a run on clusters and ran out mid February. Never thought i would get a run on them in the middle of winter! I was hoping to have them this week but the factory still has not gotten them to the shipper. Being i order 50-100 at a time depending on season i don't take priority over companies ordering container loads of merchandise. My best guess is another couple weeks and i will be on chat with them when they get to the office in Chongqing at 7pm my time tonight. They are always up front with me but between money transfers and shipping logistics importing can be a nightmare. I am sending all the pre-order buyers a link to this thread being their are hundreds of you here that have purchased from me in the past that can vouch for me. I am also offering refunds on pre-orders if people want that. Thanks for all your support!! Matt.......

I am supposed to get a DHL # this week. This is turning into the same shipping nightmare as last falls shipment.

Finally got tracking today. They send by private carrier from Chonquing to the coast and then to DHL or FEDEX. I was told it was going DHL but got a fedex tracking #. I'll update as the package moves.

Clusters are in KWUN TONG HONG KONG. Scheduled delivery to me Wed 4/18/2018 by 8:00 pm but i'm not holding my breath.

Same BS as last time. Packages sitting in KWUN TONG HONG KONG. since last Friday. Yesterday they where showing a delivery date of Today and now they show "pending"

I agree with Dan. It's nice to at least have an uptade of no update. I am watering at the mouth though! Can't wait to get that sweet package in my paws!

I've already got 500 miles or km (not sure), is there a way to set the new cluster with those previous miles on there? I don't want to lose track.

If someone is on the fence about ordering a cluster, I can say DO IT. I ordered mine late last falls, so it sat over winter before I installed it a week ago. It makes the whole bike so much better......no more guessing your speed. The fit and finish is a 100% upgrade.

Good news!! As some of you likely know from receiving tracking numbers tonight your clusters are on the way to you! Orders have been filled up to April 7th. My daughter took a pile almost this big to town with here tonight to drop off in the morning and i will drop these in the morning myself. I'm missing about 40% of my order lost in transit but i have enough to fill all current orders with 18 clusters left for new orders. As a precaution i have placed yet another order with the factory tonight. These hopefully will come a lot faster and the missing packages will likely show up as well. Once you install it you will wonder why you didn't do it from the start. It is worth every penny. Easy to read day and night, and the speedo is extremely accurate.
