I removed the old exhaust and installed the new Ebay exhaust. Sounds great. Do I have to reject the carb. Also I tried to put it in gear and ride for a min but it would not go anywhere. Thanks.

No doubt that you will have to rejet. I got the $30 mikuni from ebay and the $10 jet pack. Too easy and cheap to boot.

The clutch cable arm was hitting the exhaust. I adjusted it and now it does not hit near the mid pipe.

what do you mean by it wont go anywhere?
you should be able to ride it if its running without rejetting

The cable lever near the mid pipe was hitting and wouldn't let clutch engage.

I had that problem too. Easy fix!
