Zongshen zx200

I Live in Barranca, Peru and recently bought a Zongshem zx200 motorcycle. The dealer, and I use that term loosely, offered no owners/operators manual for the machine and when I have a question they can't answer it. I need to know some basic things but they are useless. I've called around-through a translator as I don't speak Spanish- and got the same response ie., no info.

I've even googled the make and model and can find nothing on specifications for the machine. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction.

I'd like to know things like;

Engine oil capacity
Transmission if applicable
Tire pressure
Torgue setting's for rear axle and front axle for that matter.
So many questions, so few answers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm guessing that it's a generic Hondoid. Pics?

Engine oil capacity - 1 quart, Maybe a bit more if it's counterbalanced.
Transmission if applicable - Same as engine oil.
Tire pressure - If you're on the road, around 30. I run 32psi. Dirt bike only? About 20.
Torgue setting's for rear axle and front axle for that matter. - I'd go 35-40 rear and 30 front. If it has the box rear swingarm, you don't want to crush it.

A pic of the engine from both sides would help as well as a pic of the whole bike. What I see on Google looks like it has the OHC engine.

Nice looking bike. Reminds me of the Bashan Brozz with an OHC motor installed.

Engine and trans share oil. They generally take 1.1L as the stated capacity, so roughly 1 1/4 US quarts. The oil fill cap should have a small dipstick measuring device on the very end of it. When checking the oil level it is important that the bike is upright. If you check it on the side stand it will read low.

All of 2LZ's suggestions are spot on. For the tire pressures, it also comes down to rider weight. Big guys like me need a bit more - I run 32psi front and 38 rear for on road and hard packed dirt roads.

The answers shown are fine etc
Usually 1 liter oil or 900ML (use dipstick)
Tire pressure I usually run 32 PSI rear 30 Front - adjust to your liking
Use generic torque setting as to the axle thread diameter or tight without going over board.
This bike is a Brazilian CRV 150/200/250 of sorts but mechanically generic enough
The CSC TTR250 is kinda the same bike
Loads export this model from many factories and use common generic specs for repairs etc - nothing complex are weird
Body panels I cannot get in China as not sold in China - Mechanical is easy and generic

I source parts locally in China as I live in China
I had a bike like this - basic enough and rather generic mostly

Simple answer is use common sense and specs etc no fancy or special specs needed for the specific model etc (Chinese made bikes have no spec or manuals and they are so similar you'll work stuff out easily)
