Hi, How did you get the Storm 250 sticker off? Mine seems to be clear coated over.

Your right it is clear coated, I used a heat gun to get it a little hot and it peals right off.
be aware that the plastics are painted and are white underneath so don't get it too hot, I scratched a small piece of paint off trying to get the sticker to pealing on the edge. I touched up the paint with a permanent marker to hide it.

http://chinariders.net/showthread.php?p=285344#post285344On drilling stainless steel; I was hired once to repair a stainless steel/fiberglass rudder on boat that had just sailed across from Norway. (Yes, sailed. You know, sails, those big cloth sheets they hang off of a pole?) I seeked advice before I agreed to do the job. "A lot of patience, slow speed, short bites, and Evaporated Milk." "Evaporated Milk?" "Yes, I don't know why it works, just that it does." Do not think it went easily. It took me 4 hours to drill 6 holes through the 1 1/4 inch rudder shaft. And a quarter can of Evaporated Milk....ARH....:wtf:

ARH, yeah them crazy Norskies when THEY get stranded.....they do it really well too. How do I know? I'm born there :DHe didn't get stranded, the original design was flawed and he was the designer :hehe:, so I worked on it in the boatyard where it had spent the winter. Either the milk casian or butterfat in the milk is why it worked....ARH :p P.S. It was a patch job, it didn't really fix the problem, but he just "Wanted to get by for the season."

Update for those using this video for a aftermarket exhaust upgrade:
I found that the header pipe was leaking exhaust due to the flange pulling the pipe toward the side where I decided to just leave the bolt hole, I ended up notching the other side to allow it to pull down evenly without the binding and it seated up nice and even quieting down the bike a bit more.
Also the plastic fender melted in the video as you had seen, I was able to use the bolt and spacer supplied with the exhaust and added four more washers to get the clearance need and will be patching the melted area with a small piece of plate metal to support and protect the fender from this point forward.
I'll be sure to show a quick update and what was done in the next video.
Thanks for watching!
