Hi
What's the ideal rings end gap for Chinese water cooled cg replica? 163ML class engine?

The bore is 63mm and stroke is 62.2mm

I bought new cylinder and piston kit and ring end gap at any point in cylinder is 0.005mm

Is it enough?

Using bore x. 0040"= 0.2514 mm for top ring
And 0.0045" second ring glass comes out yo be 0.281mm
What about oil scrapper and the two oil rings? Should they be set to minimum 0.015"= 0.381mm?

These are way too gaps for what they came with.. Hardly 0.08mm.

This cylinder and piston is a complete kit. I checked with local mechanics and non ever filed it they just slap it and let it go. It's very commonly used in rickshaw the bread earning transport vehicle of poor men. And they never had nay issues with it..

We are mostly hot climate.

I m hesitant in expanding the gap. Not a norm in this part of the world. Any buddy who has done top end work on these Chinese water cooled engines? What is the gap as per Chinese as this is not weisco...
