Just wondering if removing the rear sets would be an issue.
Or can I get rid of them all together?

or is there any simpler rear sets that would fit?

I was thinking about removing mine, the biggest obstacle if finding somewhere else to mount the rear brake master cylinder.

Ya.
I totally want to get rid of them, hate the way they look. I would like none or like some simple black ones but I can't find anything all the ones I see looks to modern. If you see any or know an alternative to the shock please let me know.

The only aftermarket rearsets I have seen look pretty much like these : https://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Honda-GROM-MSX125-2012-2014-2015-CNC-Aluminum-Adjusting-Rearset-Footpeg-Blue/132662625499

They are pretty crazy "race" looking and not more basic than the stock units. TYGA does make some that look more basic and eliminate the passenger footpeg portion riser, but they are $325 which is absurd in my opinion but you can see them here :
http://tyga-performance.com/index.php?view=all&cPath=72_1036_1118_1183 just to get an idea if that is the look you want ., I wouldn't be surprised to see a China copy of them produced if they turn out to be popular, or possibly a Thailand origin copy.

I wish I could offer you more help but I just havent come across anything that has the look I think you want if I'm understanding correctly.I'll keep looking and if I see anything I'll add it to this post.

Thank for looking!
Ya those are pretty much all i see.
and i wouldn't pay over 50-100$ for a nice simple set.

Even with those, it has the shifter pull bar thing that works for the grom.
But on the Hellcat the shifter isn't connected to the rear set?

Yeah as far as I can figure to use those rearsets on a clone, you will have to mod a way to use the pivot point like a Grom does ,or not use the rearset shifter mechanism at all

and use your stock or aftermarket shifter with no pivot point .A friend of mine has a Grom with the 100$ rearsets on it from the top link , I am going to get with him in a week or so when i get mine so i can ride it and can put the two side by side so i can get a clearer idea of what it will take to make it work. I really do not see me ever using the passenger pegs so I'd like to find a tough set of rearsets that just doesnt have the riser for them at all but i sure am not going to pay 325$ to TYGA lol .If i can work out the offset for the mounting i got a machinist who can likely mill some flat ones from sheet aluminum and I'll just make spacers ,even some plate steel would work .

HEY ! check this video out, he has just what we want ( i think ) but i'm not sure where he got them from, seems like he mentioned it once tho, i will have to rewatch all his videos and see if i can catch where he says the supplier s name

Anyways check that out and see if maybe thats what you want, i assume other colors are doable.

What looks like a back peg on those is a stunt /crash guard peg, it keeps your real pegs from gettin snapped off ,those are actually stunt rearsets .But, if you dont plan to stunt then you could just take a jig saw to em and cut that bit off , or have a machine shop do it .Ill try and find out where he got them from and how many $$$ they were.

awesome let me know if you find the name, But I'm thinking they are most likely a lot $$$ Ya no stunting. but prob too much money to be cutting them. just need something to hold master cylinder and rear brake

These ones might work, just don't use the some of the parts.
